AI Security Sprint · TextCortex

Know where AI creates risk. Decide what to do next.

10 working days · Remote · Up to 5 teams

Possible prompt injection

You see a contract. An assistant may see an instruction.

A document can mix ordinary business content with instructions aimed at an AI assistant. A possible attack: ask the assistant to hide an unfavorable clause during a contract review. The assistant will not necessarily follow it.

Assessment finding for review

Flag the concealed instruction and its target clause for review, and recommend controls.

Three workstreams. One shared view.

01

Role-specific workshops

Leadership: 2 hours on risk and decisions. Employees: two 60-minute sessions on practical AI habits. IT: 3 hours on agent engineering practices, permissions and approval processes.

02

AI inventory and team deep dives

Review the agreed tools, integrations and data flows through IT sessions, an employee survey and up to five risk-selected teams. Assess the top ten AI tools; review Copilot through a questionnaire and supplied documentation.

03

Skill review and recommendations

Review agreed TextCortex agents, skills and integrations, plus up to twenty submitted external skills. Combine supported scans with review of supplied material and prioritized recommendations. This service is broader than the automated product checks; it is not a comprehensive security audit.

What we need from you

An executive sponsor; an IT or security project lead available 4–6 hours per week; your tool inventory and policies; supplied review material; workshop availability and internal survey distribution.

What is not included

Penetration tests, network scans, technical audits of third-party systems, MCP assessment, legal advice, certification or implementation of recommendations. Copilot review uses a questionnaire and supplied documentation, not tenant access.

What to know before you start.

Do we need to buy TextCortex afterwards?

No. The Sprint is vendor-neutral and does not require a platform purchase. Cortex Guard is an optional, separately priced product with its own coverage and access requirements.

Does the Sprint find every AI risk?

No. Findings reflect the agreed inventory, submitted material and selected team sessions. The engagement helps prioritize action; it is not a penetration test or certification.

Can we adapt the engagement?

Discuss additional teams, on-site delivery and your priorities in the scoping call. Confirm the final scope, schedule and commercial terms before starting.

Turn uncertainty into a practical next step.

Use a scoping call to agree the inventory, teams, material and schedule for your assessment.
