TextCortex Bitrix24 Connector
End-User License Agreement

Last Revised: October 7, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Text Cortex AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kemperplatz 1, 10785 Berlin, Germany ("TextCortex", "we", "us"). It governs the installation and use of the TextCortex Bitrix24 Connector (the "Connector"), whether you install it from the Bitrix24 Market or connect a Bitrix24 account from within TextCortex.

By installing, connecting or using the Connector, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do so on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree to this EULA, or do not have that authority, do not install, connect or use the Connector. The Connector is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. Relationship to Other TextCortex Terms

The Connector is part of the TextCortex services and can only be used with a TextCortex account. Your use of the TextCortex services through the Connector is also governed by the TextCortex Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which are incorporated into this EULA by reference. The TextCortex Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data, including data accessed through the Connector, and our AI & Content Policy applies to content you create with the Connector.

This EULA adds terms that are specific to the Connector. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms on a matter specific to the Connector, this EULA applies to that matter; in all other respects, the Terms apply. If your organization has a separate written agreement with TextCortex that expressly covers the Connector, that agreement applies to the extent it addresses the same matter.

3. What the Connector Does

The Connector links a Bitrix24 cloud account to TextCortex so that the TextCortex AI assistant can work with your Bitrix24 CRM and tasks when you ask it to. Depending on your instructions, the assistant can:

  • search for and read contacts, companies, leads and deals;
  • list deal pipelines and their stages;
  • list CRM activities and tasks; and
  • create, update and delete contacts, companies, leads, deals and tasks.

The Connector does not change pipeline or stage configuration, automation rules or workflows. TextCortex may add, change or remove Connector features in accordance with the Terms.

4. Installation and Connection

Installation. Installing the Connector in your Bitrix24 account does not by itself give TextCortex access to your CRM data. TextCortex does not retain the credentials that Bitrix24 sends when the Connector is installed.

Connection. Access begins only when a TextCortex user connects a Bitrix24 account from TextCortex and authorizes the Connector through Bitrix24's own authorization screen. The Connector requests the Bitrix24 crm and task permission scopes. Its access is limited both by those scopes and by the permissions of the Bitrix24 user who authorizes it. Each connection belongs to the TextCortex user who created it and is not shared with other TextCortex users. The Connector supports Bitrix24 cloud accounts; self-hosted Bitrix24 installations are not supported.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to install the Connector and to connect the Bitrix24 account, including any approval required from your Bitrix24 account administrator, and that you have the right to make the data in that account available to TextCortex for the purposes described in this EULA. Availability of the Connector may depend on your TextCortex plan and, for organization accounts, on settings chosen by your organization's TextCortex administrator.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms, TextCortex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the Connector in Bitrix24 accounts that you are authorized to use, solely to access the TextCortex services in accordance with the Terms, for as long as this EULA remains in effect.

6. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may use the Connector only as described in this EULA and the Terms. In addition to the restrictions in the Terms, you agree not to:

  • copy, modify, adapt or translate the Connector, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
  • sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make the Connector available to any third party, or use it to provide a service to third parties, except as permitted under the Terms;
  • use the Connector to build a similar or competitive product or service;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Connector's permission scopes, Bitrix24 user permissions, usage limits or security measures;
  • connect a Bitrix24 account, or access data in it, without authorization;
  • use the Connector in breach of any applicable law, the rights of any third party, or the terms that govern your use of Bitrix24; or
  • access the Connector through bots, scripts or other automated means outside the TextCortex assistant, contrary to the Terms.

Your license to use the Connector terminates automatically if you breach any of these restrictions.

7. Your Data and Actions Performed by the Assistant

Your data. TextCortex does not acquire ownership of the CRM records, tasks or other content in your Bitrix24 account through the Connector. You authorize TextCortex to access, process and transmit that data only as needed to provide the services you request through the Connector, as described in this EULA and the Privacy Policy.

Actions in Bitrix24. The assistant creates, updates and deletes records and tasks in your Bitrix24 account using the permissions of the connected Bitrix24 user. Changes and deletions take effect in Bitrix24 and may not be reversible there. Depending on your Action Mode setting, the assistant may carry out these actions without a separate confirmation step. You can select Ask First in your chat settings so that you approve each action before it runs, and your organization's administrator may require this. You are responsible for the instructions you give, for reviewing actions before you approve them, and for maintaining any backups of your Bitrix24 data that you need.

AI output. AI-generated responses and actions can be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or allow it to change your records, in line with our AI & Content Policy.

8. How the Connector Handles Data

This section summarizes how the Connector currently works. The Privacy Policy governs our processing of personal data, including the legal bases, recipients, international transfers and your rights.

  • On-demand access. The Connector retrieves or changes Bitrix24 data only when the assistant uses it in response to your request. It does not continuously synchronize your Bitrix24 account or copy it into a separate index.
  • Conversations. Records retrieved and the results of actions performed through the Connector become part of the conversation in which you used it. They are stored with your conversation history and sent to the provider of the AI model you select, as described in the "AI Model Providers" section of the Privacy Policy.
  • Credentials. The authorization tokens issued by Bitrix24 for your connection are stored in encrypted form and are used only to make the Connector's requests to your Bitrix24 account. They are not included in conversations or sent to AI model providers.
  • Model training. Whether and how data processed through the TextCortex services may be used for AI model training, including the conditions for any future change, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disconnection, Uninstallation and Termination

Disconnecting. You can disconnect your Bitrix24 account at any time from your connector settings in TextCortex. When you disconnect, TextCortex deletes the stored Bitrix24 authorization tokens for that connection, and the Connector can no longer access your Bitrix24 account through it. A record of the disconnected connection, consisting of the Bitrix24 account address and the connected Bitrix24 user's identifier and name, is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling or revoking in Bitrix24. Uninstalling the Connector from your Bitrix24 account, or revoking its access in Bitrix24, stops the Connector from accessing your Bitrix24 data but does not by itself delete data held by TextCortex. To remove the stored authorization tokens, also disconnect the account in TextCortex.

Data already in conversations. Disconnecting or uninstalling does not remove Bitrix24 data that already forms part of your TextCortex conversations. You can delete those conversations or your account, or exercise your data protection rights, as described in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Termination. This EULA takes effect when you first install, connect or use the Connector and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by disconnecting all Bitrix24 accounts in TextCortex, uninstalling the Connector and ceasing to use it. It terminates automatically if you breach it or when your access to the TextCortex services ends, and TextCortex may suspend or terminate your access to the Connector in accordance with the Terms. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Connector. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16, survive.

10. Service Dependencies

The Connector depends on the TextCortex services, on Bitrix24 and its application programming interfaces, and on the AI model providers described in the Privacy Policy. Bitrix24 is provided by its operator under its own terms, and TextCortex is not responsible for the availability, security, functionality or content of Bitrix24, or for changes to it that affect the Connector. You need an active TextCortex account and a Bitrix24 cloud account that supports applications.

Use of the TextCortex services through the Connector is subject to the plan, fees and usage limits that apply to your TextCortex account under the Terms. Any fees for Bitrix24 are a matter between you and Bitrix24's operator.

11. Intellectual Property

The Connector, including all updates and modifications, and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the property of TextCortex or its licensors. This EULA grants you a license; it does not sell or transfer any rights in the Connector to you. TextCortex, the TextCortex logo and related marks are trademarks of TextCortex. Bitrix24 and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; their use does not imply that Bitrix24's operator endorses TextCortex. Nothing in this EULA grants you a right to use TextCortex's or any third party's trademarks.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Connector is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, TextCortex and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither TextCortex nor its suppliers and licensors warrant that the Connector will be error-free, that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted, that it will work with every Bitrix24 configuration, or that actions performed by the assistant will be accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of Liability

The limitation of liability in the Terms applies to the Connector. Accordingly, in no event will TextCortex, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this EULA under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data, including data in your Bitrix24 account; or (iv) any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to TextCortex under the Terms during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

TextCortex shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control, including the unavailability of or changes to Bitrix24. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

The indemnification provisions of the Terms apply to your use of the Connector.

15. Changes to this EULA

TextCortex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this EULA. The current version is published on this page together with the date of its last revision. It is your responsibility to check this EULA periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Connector following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law

This EULA and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the same law that governs the Terms, namely the internal laws of the State of Berlin, Germany.
